What is MipGroup?
MipGroup (refundable payment) - a banking procedure that protests a transaction
issuing bank (your bank) on the transfer of funds to the recipient bank (bank serving the company). 

When MipGroup can be done:
Transfer of funds was from the card

You have transferred your funds to the service company using a VISA/MASTERCARD bank card(s) to the company's legal account.

Time range up to 540 days

540 calendar days have not passed since the transaction.
